Tran Thi Hong Lan who got MBA from USA, is the Chairwoman and CEO of Viet Intelligence & Partners ( VI&P ) which is the extending arm of APAC in financial related matters rather than legal issues.

She is used to be Chairwoman & CEO of VinaSecurities which is the securities arm of VinaCapital, Chief Representative of Vinacapital in HN; on behalf of VinaCapital as the member of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Land, the member of the Board of Directors of the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Hanoi.. Before joining VinaCapital, she was Director of Mekong Financial Consulting Company, Deputy Director of Vietnam Shipbuilding Financial Company (VFC).

With a client list including the State owned corporation and General corporation groups and the large foreign owned and JV groups in both financial and non financial area, Mdm. Lan has possessed a rich experience, reliable reputation in financial market in Vietnam, especially in the field of financial consultancy such as M&A, market entry of financial institutions, project financing, syndicate loan, securities, etc..
