Mdm. Van is a founding partner of A-PAC International. She graduated in 1980 and got LL.D (Doctor of Laws) in 1989 at the University of Leipzig, Germany. With over 30 years of legal practice experience, she held many important positions in Vietnamese Government Agencies.

From 1980 to 1999, she was Deputy Director of Department of civil-economic law. Mdm. Van subsequently served as the Director of the Legal Department under the Authority of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism from 1999 and 2005. Before becoming a co-founder of A-PAC International, Mdm. Van was the former Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Department under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

With such key positions and experience, Mdm. Van has outstanding strengths in establishing and maintaining close and sustainable relationships with government agencies at all levels throughout the country.

She has deep knowledge and experience on the reality of the investment environment in Vietnam. She has successfully supported many foreign investment projects and many foreign investors looking for the investment opportunities in Vietnam.
