Ms. Duong Thi Thu Ha has graduated from Hanoi Law University, with a Bachelor of Law, majored in Economic and International Law in 2003. She has obtained an LL.M degree in Commercial Law from University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2010.

Ms. Ha has more than 15 years of practice of experience in legal practice. Before joining A-PAC International as a Partner, Ha has had 7 years of working experience with the People’s Supreme Court and 8 years of working with VILAF, a professional and leading law firm in Vietnam.

She focuses on areas of litigation and arbitration. She also specializes on commercial, employment, investment and corporate laws. She has advised and represented clients before courts or arbitration in some remarkable cases in the field of investment, infrastructure and construction.  She advises many foreign-invested companies in solving day-by-day investment, corporate, commercial and labor issues.
